You know, in a country with a population of over 80% black people, it almost doesn't make sense that of the Top 20 richest South Africans, only three are black. Thirty years into a democratic, "non-racial" South Africa. It's not because we're lazy, we've been working & trying to get grinding for a long time. The thing is, there are people guarding who gets wealthy in South Africa. And it's true, "There are no good billionaires." You can't be an average good guy with millions in the bank in South Africa, it doesn't work like that. If you are, they're going to find a way to strip you of your money. The (white-owned) banks of South Africa are often said to be racially biased, with black-owned banks being constantly under attack.
