Concept of a Ngoni Federation.

For all who might still be lost as to who is what, here is a Comprehensive classification of Ngoni / Nguni groups

While a Nguni superstate might not work, a Nguni/Ngoni Federation might. This would involve doing some administration & building some currently non-existing boards & infrastructure. The plan being to build a functioning & successful ethno-federation under one motive to develop Nguni/Ngoni identity & livelihoods of citizens in Nguni/Ngoni territories. Bearing in mind that we do not all live in the same countries so the laws of the respective countries we live under would need to be obeyed.

The Plan
Schools that share a similar syllabus. These schools would have to teach their respective Nguni/Ngoni languages as a mandatory language. For schools in Ngoni territories who no longer speak a Nguni/Ngoni language, the Zulu language could be the default language.
Sports academies associated with the respective schools which would compete every two or three years. The idea being a united athlete & sport network in the Nguni sphere/world.
By purchasing select sports teams across the world, this Nguni sphere could introduce Nguni athletes to bigger & better sporting environments as the Red Bull football network does e.g. A second division European football team or lower league Brazilian basketball team to introduce our athletes to better opportunities.
• A possible Pan-Nguni food & water security industry where various livestock & agricultural techniques could be used as well as water gathering & sanitation methods such as rainwater harvesting & air moisture condensation.
• A Pan-Nguni armed security & bodyguard industry for the mentioned infrastructure & paying clients.
• A Nguni bank that would operate as a cross-border trade unifier for the respective Nguni/Ngoni regions.
• A Nguni medical college for doctors & nurses in each Nguni/Ngoni region.

The idea would be not to centralise everything but to create federal intergrated systems. These systems could be established in areas with known Nguni/Ngoni populations & then perhaps to southern Tanzania & Congo depending on their success.

Comprehensive classification of Ngoni / Nguni groups.

List of Ngoni / Nguni nations : • Bhaca • Hlubi • Mpondo • Ndebele (northern Ndebele in Mthwakazi & southern Ndebele in Gauteng, South Africa) • Ngoni / Jere / Jele (mainly in Malawi, northern Mozambique, southern Tanzania, Zambia) • Nhlangwini    • Shangaan  • Swazi  • Tembu • Xhosa • Zizi • Zulu Altogether, twelve (12) "Nguni" groups are known to exist. From my knowledge in any case.  Bhaca, Hlubi, Nhlangwini, Swazi & Zizi are the Mbo Entity . The Mbo Entity often declassifies itself from the Nguni group. Nhlangwini & Swazi are under a Dlamini dynasty while the Hlubi & Zizi are also Dlamini tribes. Ngoni & Shangaan are of Ndwandwe origin (a tribe assimilated by the Zulu Empire). Bhaca, Hlubi, Ndebele, Nhlangwini, Shangaan, Zizi & some Mpondo are often classified as Zulu. While it's unknown whether Mpondo & Xhosa qualify as Nguni, they are often grouped as Nguni. Using family groups to classify :  • Mbo • Mpo...

What did King Shaka look like?

I've heard some people quoting from King Shaka's praises claiming that he was "like the sun" therefore light-skinned. But I'd like to ask how comparisons with the sun equate with being light-skinned? If anything, if King Shaka was light-skinned, they'd compare him to something terrestrial like the colour of a cow hide, wood or other object because very few extraterrestrial objects have the colour of any human skin. Even white people are called "ondlebe zikhanya ilanga" ('those who have translucent ears") & not  "abakhanya okwelanga" ("those who shine like the sun"). King Shaka's mother was from Elangeni & there is the Langa clan in KZN, all of them are black with many being exceptionally dark-skinned so I don't think the comparisons comparing King Shaka with the sun have anything to do with his complexion. Even the whites who first saw him & drew him wrote that he was dark & fairly tall. I also don...

A viable single African currency concept.

The original reason why I believe a single African currency would not work. Below is how we could attempt to make it work.  The many currencies of Africa. To prevent destabilization of the continent's economy, there could be two currencies: The Lami  for countries lying mostly north of the equator & the Ng'ombe  for countries mostly south of the equator. Both currencies would be independent with the Lami having it's bank & headquarters in Addis Ababa while the Ng'ombe could have it's bank & headquarters in Nairobi.  N.B.: Gabon, Congo-Brazzaville, DRC & Kenya would use the Ng'ombe currency while Uganda & Somalia would use the Lami currency.  North of equator = Lami  South of equator = Ng'ombe   More stable countries with higher GDP per capita could be first to use the new currencies i.e. Seychelles, Mauritius, Gabon, Botswana, Libya, Equatorial Guinea, South Africa, Algeria, Na...
