Hadinkanjamaa: Concept of the heartland of black American culture being in Africa.

I must start with a disclaimer again because I don't know the situation of black Americans in America. But since we keep hearing of an exodus of black Americans from the USA & Americas to Africa; I devised this idea , a few months back. But who's going to fund this & if it were funded why would they choose this exact plan or path? Well, there isn't a better thought-out plan & funders would be the African Union & the USA.  What would be the benefits of this plan of such a massive scale? Yes, it is creating a new country & identity but it is ideal in that black Americans would create their own land rather than live in a land where they may not fit well in that land's social fabric. I think black Americans have their own set of values, way of doing things, cuisine & cultural expressions. These would be better expressed in a sovereign black American state  (i. e. Hadinkanjamaa) than in Ghana, Morocco, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya or Tanzania. I do n...

Why the whole of South Africa does not belong to Cape Coloureds or the KhoiSan...

It really puzzles me when Cape Coloured people claim that South Africa belongs to coloured / KhoiSan descendants because;  • they are more Eurasian than they are KhoiSan. Us black "Bantu people" in the east of South Africa are more KhoiSan than they are. We still use the actual (c, ch, gc, gq, gx, q, qh, x, xh) clicks in our languages that we got from the San. Most Nguni people have San & some Khoi ancestry. Genetic samples show that Nguni people have anything between 2-10% KhoiSan DNA.  • There is a group of San in Botswana & Khoi in Namibia who live on their own land & not once did they claim the whole of Botswana or Namibia. I guess they figured that they can't claim a land who's borders were made in Berlin.  • The Khoi or San are NOT the first group of Homo Sapiens to live in South Africa. There was a non-KhoiSan group of Homo Sapiens that lived in Sibudu Cave by Durban 77 000 years ago, over 50 000 years before the Khoi & San arrived in South ...

Prehistory of southern KZN.

As I cannot live for hundreds of millions of years, I was not there to see any of these events happening so I'll take the word of historians, archaeologists & anthropologists in these findings. I did not screenshot every map so you can go to the website underneath & go have a look for yourself.  170 MYA (Million Years Ago): In the mountains, next to Antarctica with Argentina the same distance away as Cape Town.  200 MYA: Wedged in between Argentina & Antarctica  260 MYA: Under water again.  340 MYA: Virtually at the South Pole  370 MYA: Either glacier landscape or under water 450 MYA: Either under water or glacier landscape. Antarctica is closer to us than Cape Town or Mozambique.  470 MYA: Positioned as the most northern point of South Africa & of Africa but still in the Southern Hemisphere.  500 MYA: Antarctica north of us & closer to us than the Karoo.  ...

Afrikaners getting free pass to American citizenship.

With Afrikaners getting immediate refugee status in the USA & Trump quickening their legal status in the USA, I don't see much changing except maybe three things:  • It will bleed South Africa of some technical skills: Farmers are quite comfortable in South Africa & their assets would be much harder to sell if they wanted to move. The whites moving to the USA are likely younger, more willing to work & have less possessions.  • Because South Africa does not share the same Western sentiments that Afrikaners have, whites that move to America will likely end up staying in a country that gets them. With the World Cup & Olympics in the near future happening in the USA, Afrikaners that go to the USA are likely in for a enviable stay in America.  • And because the USA is a more open-minded country with more races than South Africa. White Afrikaners' racist sentiments might subside or they might find more groups that share their ideology in the USA.  Black Ame...

I should've been a better athlete...

I think I've mentioned this before of how when I played a sport in my teen years, I almost seemed to lose sense of where I was or even a sense of existing... I was a very shallow teenager, I just did not have the strengthened character that I obtained in my twenties. I was what they call "trying to much" in my younger years, trying too much to be accepted & ultimately just looking like a fraud. I was never sure of myself at a lot of times because I believed things should be straight-forward & didn't get that there were nuances, envies & hatreds hidden in people. So, while I believed I could've been better at every sport I played... some people just didn't want me to succeed... It is only in recent times that I've calmed down & realised that I could've been a much better athlete if I just relaxed & stuck to what I knew. And of course, "If I knew back then what I know now, I would've become a professional athlete." - Mth...
